Speech consisted of the following major sections: general information about Ukraine, Ukraine in the world, bilateral Ukrainian-Cypriot relations, reforms in Ukraine and its European integration progress, Revolution of Dignity, illegal annexation of Ukrainian Crimea by Russia, military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.

In the framework of commemoration during these days of the memory of the Heroes Heavenly hundred, a video clip about the events on Maidan, the beginning of the Revolution of Dignity and brutal killings of participants of the Revolution by the then regime was presented.

After the speech, the discussion of the situation in Ukraine was held in the Q&A format. Students demonstrated an excellent knowledge of current events in Ukraine and threats which Ukraine is facing now as well as good understanding of present realities in the region.
