Since Ukraine and Cyprus are parties to the Hague “Apostille” Convention, authentication of all public documents issued in one country must be apostilled there to be accepted as authentic in the other. The Apostille stamp cannot be affixed to the Embassy.
A certified copy is a copy of a primary document that has on it an endorsement that it is a true copy of the primary document.
To certificate of authenticity of a copy of documents citizen of Ukraine personally apply to the Embassy (only by appointment online).
LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Completed and hand-signed application;
2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad of the applicant + copy of the first page;
3. The original of the document, a copy of which is subject to certification.
