On the 20th of April 2010 the Ambassador of Ukraine in the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Oleksandr Demianiuk took part in a Board meeting of the Cyprus-Ukraine Business Association.

The main aim of the meeting was discussion of arrangements related to the visit of the Association’s delegation to Ukraine in May 2010 on the invitation of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as Dnipropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry. During the visit a Business Forum will be held, aimed at discovering of trade and economic potential of Ukraine, as well as promoting of new investments to the Ukrainian economy and activating of trade and commercial relations between Ukraine and Cyprus.

The two Sides have also discussed the issue of signing within framework of the visit of the Treaty on cooperation between the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
