Members of the community from Nicosia, Larnaca, and Limassol came to the event, organized by the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Cyprus. Together with the Ambassadors of Poland and Great Britain, the Ambassador of Ukraine, Sergii Nizhynskyi, lit candles, and those present viewed a photo exhibition designed by the Ambassador’s wife, Yuliia Nizhynska.
Together with the Cultural Forces, those present sang “God the Great,” and, to the incredible voice of Inna Ishchenko, people embraced and held candles in their hands.
This evening, we melted pain into strength.
