On June 26, 2023, at the library of the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus, Ambassador Ruslan Nimchynskyi together with the Rector of the University Prof. Irene Polycarpou officially opened the fourth Ukrainian bookshelf in the Republic of Cyprus. 

The bookshelf was opened within the framework of the Ukrainian Bookshelf project, implemented under the patronage of the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska. 

The Embassy continues to work to make Ukrainian book available to Ukrainians across the island.
