Within the framework of the official visit of President Yanukovych to the Republic of Cyprus, a range of bilateral documents has been signed:

• Convention between Ukrainian and Cypriot Governments on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income and Property;

• Intergovernmental Agreement on Maritime Merchant Shipping;

• Intergovernmental Agreement on Air Transport;

• Intergovernmental Agreement on Health Care Sphere and Medical Science;

• Memorandum on Mutual Understanding in Agricultural Sphere between the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment of the Republic of Cyprus;

• Agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine and Sports Organization of Cyprus on Cooperation in the Sphere of Physical Culture and Sports;

• Memorandum on Mutual Understanding regarding Investment Cooperation between State Agency on Investments and Management of National Projects of Ukraine and Cypriot Agency on Facilitating Investments;

• Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between Donetsk National Technical University and Cyprus Institute.
