The Head of State congratulated his colleague on having been re-elected to the high post. Petro Poroshenko is hopeful to continue fruitful cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Cyprus.

The President of Ukraine thanked the interlocutor for the unwavering support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, particularly by supporting the regime of the EU sanctions against Russia. He also wished prompt peaceful resolution of the Cyprus dispute.

The President of Cyprus invited the Ukrainian President to make a visit to Cyprus.
