Speech of the Ambassador of Ukraine Mr. Borys Humeniuk to the students of the European University of Cyprus

On December 14, 2016, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Borys Humeniuk addressed to the students of the European University of Cyprus with a lecture on “European economic and political integration of Ukraine and Ukraine-Cyprus business and trade relations”.
The Speech was organized under the auspices of EUC’s Business School and the Embassy of Ukraine in Cyprus.
During the event, students had a possibility to watch a video clip about investment, business and tourism opportunities of Ukraine, as well as the current situation in the country.
Except of the main topic of the speech, Ambassador Borys Humeniuk spoke about general characteristics and possibilities of Ukraine, the role of Ukraine in the world, bilateral Ukrainian-Cypriot relations, reforms in Ukraine and its European integration progress, EU-Ukraine Free Trade Zone, as well as illegal annexation of Ukrainian Crimea by Russia and military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
After the speech, the discussion was held in the Q&A format.
