During the meeting the parties discussed many important issues including further development of Ukraine-Cyprus co-operation in the field of economy, issues of the next working visit of the delegation of Cyprus-Ukraine Business Association to Ukraine in April, 2016 with the purpose to arrange bilateral business forums together with the Ukrainian and Lviv Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Kyiv and Lviv as well as issues of ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU by the House of Representatives of Cyprus.

Mr. Michalis Michael underlined that representatives of business society in Cyprus fully support sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine as well as stressed full support to the process of ratification of the mentioned above Agreement by the Cypriot Parliament from the Cypriot business circles which are interested in creation of a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area between Ukraine and the EU.
