A whole range of key issues were discussed, in which Ukraine and Cyprus will continue to move forward shoulder to shoulder:

✅ Deepening bilateral political, economic and cultural relations;

✅ Coordination of joint steps in the UN, Council of Europe, OSCE and other international organizations;

✅ Strengthening sanctions pressure on Russia — Cyprus remains one of the most active supporters of tough restrictions;

✅ Rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation in Cyprus of Ukrainian children affected by Russian aggression;

✅ Cyprus’s active assistance in returning Ukrainian children home, illegally deported by Russia from the temporarily occupied territories.

Cyprus is not just a partner, but a true friend of Ukraine in Europe. From the very first days of the full-scale invasion, Cyprus has consistently stood on the side of truth, international law and the Ukrainian people.
