On November 3, Ambassador of Ukraine Ruslan Nimchynskyi has presented the copies of the Letters of Credence to Elpidoforos Economou, Chief of State Protocol of the Republic of Cyprus.

The Ambassador of Ukraine expressed gratitude to the Cypriot Side for its support of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, both at the bilateral level and in the EU framework.

The two sides discussed the agenda of bilateral contacts for the near future, in particular, the holding of the bilateral political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Republic of Cyprus.

The interlocutors agreed to intensify political dialogue between the two countries and to give a new impetus to development trade and economic cooperation, as well as in the field of tourism and culture.
