An extremely important meeting the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Cyprus Ruslan Nimchynskyi with the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Nicos Nouris. 

The detailed conversation focused on the urgent efforts of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus to establish effective mechanisms for comprehensive assistance to Ukrainian citizens arriving in Cyprus in search of temporary protection.

It was agreed to ensure 24/7 coordination for prompt response to the needs of Ukrainian citizens.
