Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "On the margins of the Gymnich meeting in Limassol, I had a good and productive meeting with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Radosław Sikorski.
We discussed Europe’s stronger role in the world — and, very concretely, in our peace efforts. I briefed Radek on the changing battlefield dynamics and Ukraine’s growing initiative. This momentum must now be turned into tangible results.
We also discussed the broader security situation in Europe and the importance of maintaining unity and strategic clarity in the face of Russia’s war. There can be no return to old illusions, to the world division into spheres of influence, or to the deadly appeasement politics of last century.
Grateful to Poland and to Radek personally for constant support and coordination. Poland’s role remains essential — for Ukraine and for European security".
