During the meeting both sides had discussed actual issues of the interparliamentary co-operation development between Ukraine and the Republic of Cyprus as well as peculiar issues of the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU by the Cypriot Parliament. The Cypriot Side was informed on the latest developments in the field of implementation of Minsk Agreement by Ukraine as well as on the results of implementation of reforms in our country.

In response, Mr. R.Mappourides had underlined an unconditional support to sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine by the members of the largest parliamentary political force in Cyprus – Democratic Rally, as well as reassured in a speedy ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU by the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus.
