Meeting between the Ambassador of Ukraine Mr. Borys Humeniuk and the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign and European Affairs of the Cyprus House of Representatives Mr. Averof Neofytou

On June 12, 2015, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Cyprus Mr. Borys Humeniuk had a meeting with the Chairman of the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, President of the Democratic Rally Party (DISY) and Co-Chairman of inter-parliamentary friendship group “Cyprus-Ukraine” Mr. Averof Neofytou.

During the meeting the interlocutors discussed current situation in Ukraine, key issues of Ukrainian-Cypriot relations, Ukraine's European prospects and the prospects of ratification of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement by the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus.

Ambassador Humeniuk expressed gratitude for Cyprus support of territorial integrity of Ukraine as well as process of integration of Ukraine to the EU.
